Do I have to take the Certification Prep Course in order to sit for the exam?
No, but we highly recommend it in order for you to be as prepared as possible.

Do I have to be a member to take the certification exam?
Yes. Simply add membership to your shopping cart when you purchase certification.

Do you provide continuing education credits?
Yes, we will be offering: CLE, CPE, CPD, POST, and paralegal credits on a request basis. To see which states we are already approved in or to download your pre-request form please visit our CLE/CPE page. Please note, this form is only a pre-request so that we can apply in advanced to your state. The actual request form with verification of attendance MUST be filled out at the end of the conference.

How do I register a large group?
We provide special discounts if for large groups. To register your group please call Alexander Garcia at (305) 854-2345 ex. 803.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason after you have registered, you must inform us in writing. If you cancel before October 1, 2011 you will receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee. If you cancel between October 1, 2011 and November 1, 2011, a full refund, less a $295 administrative fee will be issued.  No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after November 1, 2011.  Please remember that if for any reason you cannot attend, you can substitute someone else at no additional cost.
